You can’t make up for lost time, but you can make your money!

The reason I am writing this particular post is that I hear people complaining daily about there woeful financial condition.  I tell them immediately that it is what it is currently, you are behind on your bill, that’s exactly what it is, you do not have a kick but retirement setup yet, except it, embrace it, because there is nothing that can be done about the past but to reflect upon it.  I often listen to Joel Osteen on Sunday morning and he always has excellent analogies that he gives to his listeners.  Well today was not any different he used one of his many analogies only this time it was about someone we all have probably heard of Colonel Sanders(Kentucky Fried Chicken founder). The story he told was how he was dealt a raw deal when the small town he was in, he operated a gas station and sold his famous finger licking good chicken out of was basically shut down, do to what the powers to be felt was forward progress.   A large highway was built directly over where he operated his gas station and it basically forced him to close based on a drastic reduction of traffic. No traffic equals 0 customers, well instead of dwelling on the negative like most of would do, he figured out that no matter what his age was he had a dream of being successful, he figured age was just a number, and if he was closing in on 60 and had not reach his goal he might as well keep working on his dream.  Think about this at the ripe age of 65-66 Colonel Sanders finally hit what we would call the big time; in 2007 KFC grossed over 500 million and had 14,000 stores with over 24,000 employees, what if he had given up or worried about his age, he figured if he was going to be here anyway might as well be successful.

The moral of the story that Mr. Osteen was saying is that maybe you do not have the recipe for a life changing piece of chicken, but do you have your vision of what you want to be or what to achieve, if so don’t use your age, or past failures as excuses anymore.  As the title of this article states you can’t make up time, but you can make up for your lack of money.   I started my business off almost 12 years ago with little to any success, failure after failure, partner disputes, and if you could think of it, it probably happened, but I knew that I was a Millionaire in the making, I just had not found the vehicle that I needed to get me there.  Low and behold I became enamored with Real Estate, it was something almost anyone could do, it had a low barrier for entry, I did not need $250,000 to start a franchise.  It was something that I could see, feel and touch so it made if more real to me.   In the time since finding out about Real Estate I have acquired over 150 units, managed small and large apartment building and created a fast track to me obtaining the financial freedom I was looking for.

It did not come overnight, but I stuck to my guns of me believing I was a millionaire in the making.  So if you are interested In making up the lost time you have had in other business endeavors you might be interested in the program that The Power to be Free offers.  It is not your typical club that tries to drain you of all your money of quick start programs that do not work.  Success takes time; we are only looking for serious individuals that are ready to make up for poor decision making in the past, lost income, and self doubt due to past failures.  If you can commit to 2-4 years that will go by whether you decide to make a change or not, I can’t guarantee success, but I can give you all the tips and systems I have developed over the past 12 years.   The Power to be Free is committed to assisting as many individuals as possible to become financial free, as Robert Kiyosaki would say get out of the Rat Race and become free.
