Tips from a Meeting I had with a Real Estate Multi-Millionaire

These are 9 tips that a multi-millionaire recently shared with me. I am still quite humbled and impressed by his graciousness in divulging these tips to me. I have read them over and over again. I feel quite compelled to share these tips with you so that we may all benefit from them.
In life success leaves clues so you can either follow the clues that successful individuals leave behind or you can do what the masses do, which is nothing. So here are the tips that the multi-millionaire shared with me in no particular order:
Rule # 1: Have Well Defined Goals.
Break each goal down into individual items, each step should be easy to execute, do not make you steps to difficult in the beginning, and gradually increase the difficulty of the steps. Create a daily action plan, with a real to do list, not a list with chores, but a well
thought out list that details to do items that will get you closer to your desired goals.
