It’s almost here, 3 days till the big Event
What’s funny - I actually own small and medium sized apartment buildings that produce a positive cash flow for me on a monthly basis. All the experts I have invited from Armanda Herbert, John McAuliffe, Charles Walker to last but not any less important Pat (I can get you the money) Gage have all been telling me to calm down. The reason I am so excited is that I have finally put together a dream team that I consider second to none.
I have exhausted countless hours trying to find just the right mix and match of professionals that understand the world of Commercial Real Estate, but most important want to give back at the same time. I have found other individuals that may have the same background as all these professionals I have assembled, but I can honestly say the integrity of each of these individual is second to none. Why is that important, because most of the attendees are first timers in the Commercial arena, some may have experience as being a single family dwelling landlord, or possibly have flipped a property y or too.
The Commercial Real Estate field has a lot integral parts and if one is over looked it can possibly be a deal breaker . That is because the numbers involved are so large. In the Commercial Real Estate game all the numbers have at least one extra zero in it. Instead of talking about at 50K rental you are talking about a 500K 20 Unit building.
With a lot of Newbie’s to this arena, I wanted to have a group of individuals that can educate as well as alleviate a lot of the fears that investors encounter when they take that jump to the next level. I have mixed feeling about the group, the mixed feelings come from me wondering where were all of these wonderful individuals where at when I made my foray into the world of Commercial Real Estate. Having access to such a high quality team of Commercial Real Estate experts could have literally saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars in mistakes.
I now know better thanks to this extraordinary team that I have assemble all for your benefit. This is the reason I’m so excited, I can literally shave off half time off the learning curve and eliminate the many of the most costly mistakes that I made.
