It All Starts Somewhere .. The Question Is When?

I recently had to teach my son how to drive. He has never driven a car before, and he has only sat in either the passenger seat, or in the back seat.  He has probably fantasized about being able to drive, and how and what it will be like when he is able to come and go as he pleases.  Well, we all know that as parents we need to set boundaries, if not, most children will probably fail.
Back to me teaching my son how to drive. It was a great experience for me. He was very good, I must say. Not only because he is my son, but also because he was given great direction.  I basically created a roadmap for his success; I did not just give him the keys and tell him to start driving.
I started by first letting him become comfortable in his environment. He had to feel comfortable with now being in control - from his usual position of being on the sidelines when it came to driving. I say all of this to illustrate the point that we all have to start somewhere in trying to get out of the “Rat Race”.
When you are willing to start, understand at first you will not be very comfortable. It is not always easy changing directions. You may have planned out your life to be this way, but times are changing. Today, more than ever, we need to create a roadmap that has you in the driver’s seat.  If you are in the passenger seat today, you will definitely get left behind, and even worse, you will probably never create the freedom we all deserve.
The life I have developed for myself is more about being able to live life on my terms more than amassing a great fortune.  You probably have heard of Robert Kiosaki, well he created a game that I play called Cash Flow 101. It really crystallizes the need to be free. It shows you what an asset is, and what a liability is.
It also shows you that you can’t just jump into something that you are not prepared for. It takes you from where you are currently, and with your income, and current assets you have, to create the financial independence you desire.  Not once in the game does it refer to you building this great fortune. But it stresses that if you take certain steps in the right direction, i.e. obtaining income producing assets, you can in a short time create the freedom you deserve.
This may be off the subject, but the question most need to ask is this: What can I sacrifice to obtain the freedom I want? In life, to obtain something you have never had before, you must do something you’ve never done before.  If you are not willing to make some changes, be a little bit uncomfortable, you will not be able to achieve what is rightfully yours.  If you peruse through this article, I never said it would be easy.
If you are looking for a group that is committed to giving you the resources and the confidence that you need to feel comfortable when you get behind the driver seat, as you try to navigate your life to the destination we call Freedom, you need to attend The Power to Be Free. The group has one goal: to give as many individuals that desire true financial independence, the road map to get there.
We have a program designed around acquiring Commercial Real Estate. Which can be the fastest, and most economical way to obtaining the cash flow you need to get out of the Rat Race.
