Now I have the right guy in my sights for my mentor. I can clearly see that he is exactly who I want to emulate. In the past I have had to make decisions based on opinions. From this point on I can make my decisions on fact and from previous experience. There is an old saying that says “If want to something, anything, find someone that has what it is that you want and follow the path that got the person to their goal”.
