Excitement building for upcoming Commercial Bus Tour
Its time to go to major leagues, the big time, lets stop sitting back in our recliners and reading about what someone has done, something someone else has accomplished. I run into individuals daily that want to get into real estate but do not know where to start. This bus tour is the place to start, it has a dynamite group of individuals that have agreed to grace us with there presence.

Ms. Armanda Herbert has personally scoured her extensive database to identify 5-6 ready to act on and recently negotiated deals with ready and willing buyers. This alone would be worth the price of admission, but I did not want to stop there. I wanted to make this tour to good to be true, the next individual that has agreed to assist us on this tour, Pat Gage of Opportunity Creators. He is a business credit expert and has personally been able to create over 500K in readily accessible business lines of credit - that is why Mr. Gage so important. And that’s not all, we’ll have John McAuliffe of Quality Home Inspections, INC (Property Inspector Extraordinaire) joining us. I mean this man literally loves what he does; he is passionate about making sure the client is fully informed about what he or she is investing in; he knows houses and commercial buildings better than anyone I have ever met. He has agreed to donate his time and inspection analysis to all that attend.
If that is not enough, I have been able to convince Charles Walker of Walker and Associates Insurance Agency to come for the ride as well, he is the foremost expert in insuring individuals that are looking to get involved in the commercial real estate arena.
